Residing in a picturesque coastal town of Queensland, we are passionate advocates for the revitalisation of love, dedicated to bringing vibrancy into the lives of couples globally. Back in 2005, our story began on the conventional road paved by society - education, full-time jobs, a home, and the joy of starting a family. Yet, as the years passed, the subtle drift in our connection led us to a crossroads. Like many, we faced the highs and lows that relationships bring, questioning the very foundation of our union.
Instead of succumbing to the challenges, we chose a different path – one of personal growth. Our commitment to understanding each other propelled us into a transformative journey. We invested time, energy, and resources into studying and learning, emerging stronger, happier, and more united than ever. We stood at the ledge of a decision and chose not to abandon ship but to build a ship that could withstand any storm.
Now, drawing from our own experiences, we stand united with you as a dynamic duo, offering a harmonious blend of male and female perspectives. Through my own personal journey and focussed studies, I cultivated a life-shifting program that has the power to transmute your current state of "stuckness" to a place of more fulfillment and meaning, no matter where you are at right now.
I continue to focus my energy on helping men to take full responsibility, elevate self-confidence, remove self-limiting blocks, reconnecting to their innate worth while developing thriving relationships. I am looking forward to working alongside you on a new chapter of re-emergence.

I'm a Connection Coach, Mind Body Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Meditation Leader. I help busy, ambitious women to find their harmonious balance to nurture their greatest potential! I work with women who are stuck and ready to make changes to live a happier life.
Through my supportive coaching methods, you'll learn how to make positive changes by integrating mind, body and soul and re-connect to your inner guidance system. As a result of identifying and changing old behaviour patterns that are holding you back, you will have clarity and focus for your future.
I've supported and encouraged many women to find the connection back to their true selves to enable them to overcome fear, trauma and limiting beliefs and I'm excited to help you too!
The WHY behind it all
In the absence of healthy connections within ourselves and with others, life can become lonely and unfulfilling. Having navigated our own cycles of suffering, we've witnessed the ripple effect of negative behaviours stemming from a lack of awareness and understanding in our personal journeys and relationships. Our children and lives bore the brunt of these impacts.
Today, we're in the midst of a flourishing relationship — not only as a couple but with ourselves, our kids, and our community. It all began with a simple desire to change our reality. Now, fueled by passion, we are committed to sharing a better way. Our mission is to positively impact couples worldwide to have THRIVING and CONNECTED relationships.
